France's Scenic Route

Drive through any route you can think of in France and it will be the scenic route, but this route has complied some of our favourite cities in France with some of the best landscapes that France has to offer.

Troyes / Dijon / St Etienne

The Scenic route starts in Troyes in Champagne which is not only a beautiful place with plenty of museums, galleries and amazing architecture, it's also a great place for shopping. So stock up for your trip here (on food as well as designer goods - come on you need to look stylish as you're driving around).

Dijon

The next stop is the town of Dijon in Burgundy. Famous for its mustard, Burgundy has so much else to offer. The drive through the Champagne region down into Burgundy will be dotted with fields and vineyards growing these two regions' famous wines. You are also likely to see some beautiful towns off the beaten track.

St Etienne

Then you are on to St Etienne. The drive between these two cities isn't long, and it is definitely worthwhile due to the scenery. Once you get there you will have plenty to do. There is the St Etienne Cathedral to visit, as well as countless museums and art galleries.
