The Loire Valley houses many things to see and do including the Cathédrale Sainte-Croix which is a large Gothic cathedral (pictured right) and the Museum of Fine Arts which houses a well-known gallery of paintings and sculptures and other historic pieces.
Tours
Tours has narrow streets, charming architecture and squares in the old quarter. It houses a Gothic Saint-Gatien Cathedral that features flying buttresses, medieval stained-glass windows and a cloister. There are also museums of fine arts, archeology, craftsman's guilds, stained glass and other themes.
Futuroscope le Parc
This is a fantastic space theme park, it has dynamic cinema as well as exhibitions all year round.
